Bourbon Garden Returning to Grand Circus Park: Kicking-off This Thursday

There’s nothing like summertime Detroit!

Adding to the warm weather, good times, and the ever-growing list of ‘things to do,’ The “bourbon garden” is returning to Grand Circus Park starting this week throughout the summer, featuring tastings, live music and more.

This is an event the whole family can attend welcoming many people from all walks of life each week to enjoy the music, great cocktails and just be a part of the energy downtown.

The Bourbon Garden, presented by the Grand Circus Park Conservancy and The David Whitney Building, is a family-friendly event taking place every Thursday through October from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The lively event will feature live music, plus beer and wine, non-alcoholic options and more.

Drink tickets will be sold at Grand Circus Park, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Grand Circus Park Conservancy. Grand Circus Park is located at the corner of Woodward and Park avenues in Downtown Detroit.

Sponsors of the event include Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve, WhistlePig, Detroit City Distillery, Woodville, Bulleit Bourbon and The Long Drink.

Other fun activities happening at Bourbon Garden include mobile bowling, art exhibitions, fashion shows and local merchants showing off Detroit-themed swag.

The event is open to the public and drink tickets are sold at the park for the bourbon.
